International Baltic Security Summit

The International Baltic Security Summit (IBSS) in Łódź is an annual forum dedicated to the multidimensional security of the Baltic Sea region. It is jointly organized by the Center for Strategic Analyses and Forecasts at the Faculty of International and Political Studies, University of Łódź, and the Nordic Institute Foundation.

The IBSS brings together experts, scholars, practitioners, and policymakers from Poland and abroad, providing a platform for interdisciplinary debate on geopolitical, military, economic, and social challenges. The goal of the meeting is not only to assess risks, but also to develop practical recommendations and new models of cooperation that can strengthen the stability and resilience of the Baltic community.
